The tabs of pouch cells serve as conductive output terminals. The mainstream connection processes are as follows:
Laser Welding: Mainly applied in fully automatic production lines with fast welding speed and excellent consistency. (Recommendation)
Ultrasonic Welding: Weld tabs with nickel strips, copper busbars or PCBs. This is the widely adopted industrial solution featuring low contact impedance and reliable connections. (Recommendation)
Bolt/Screw Connection: Suitable for large-size thick tabs. It allows easy disassembly and maintenance yet requires more assembly space. (If must)

A: Limit charging to 90% SOC (around 4.05V) instead of full 4.2V charge to boost cycle life by 40%. Operate within 20%–80% SOC and avoid deep discharge or full charge frequently. 25℃ is the optimal operating temperature; long-term temperature above 35℃ accelerates side reactions and cuts lifespan by nearly 40%. For battery packs, match cells with capacity difference within 1% and adopt active balancing BMS to stabilize voltage consistency.
Q: What chemistries of lithium cells do you supply?
A: We supply NCM ternary lithium cells and LFP lithium iron phosphate cells in multiple shapes (prismatic/Pouch/cylindrical etc) for different application scenarios.
