It supports max 77.7A continuous discharge, works stably from -30℃ to 60℃ and reaches over 1000 cycles to 80% SOH. This high-capacity SK pouch cell passes strict EUCAR safety tests, including nail penetration and external short circuit. The tabs of pouch cells serve as conductive output terminals. The mainstream connection processes are as follows:

Laser Welding: Mainly applied in fully automatic production lines with fast welding speed and excellent consistency. (Recommendation)

Ultrasonic Welding: Weld tabs with nickel strips, copper busbars or PCBs. This is the widely adopted industrial solution featuring low contact impedance and reliable connections. (Recommendation)

Bolt/Screw Connection: Suitable for large-size thick tabs. It allows easy disassembly and maintenance yet requires more assembly space. (If must）
